Fiction Adaptation: Change of Story

Due to some unforeseen circumstances I have decided to change the idea behind my film, although still using the same basic template. It will now focus on a son who is reminiscing about his fathers passing during Warfare instead of a grandson, I feel this will make the films impact more emotional since I want to represent just how much WWII effected the families who were broken up because of it. This is why i've decide to change the character from seeing his deceased father as a soldier to seeing his mother lamenting over her husband. This gives it much more resonance in my personal opinion and brings forward the aim of my film which is remembrance.
